Apps, business software and custom software
Software that adapts to the way you work, not the other way around.
From €5,000, code that's yours by contract.
Your company is growing, but does every department use a different system? Excel for inventory, an outside tool for invoicing, shared spreadsheets for the CRM, WhatsApp groups to coordinate the team. The result: duplicate data, errors, hours lost hunting for information that should be a click away.
We develop apps, business software and custom software for small businesses, professionals and established companies that want to stop just surviving their tools and start controlling them. We don't sell licenses. We build the software your company needs, with the features you actually use, integrated with what already works.
5.0
When you need custom software (and when you don't)
Not every company needs custom business software. If you handle 20 clients and 50 invoices a year, off-the-shelf software costs less, period. But if you recognize yourself in at least two of these situations, it's worth running the numbers seriously.
You're paying for 3 or 4 different subscriptions
For software that does similar things and doesn't talk to each other.
Your processes have specific rules
And no software covers them (e.g. pricing conditions by customer tier, internal approval flows, custom automatic calculations).
You lose many hours every week
Copying data from one system to another.
Your employees are asking for it
Your employees ask for different tools because the current ones don't help them at all.
You want to automate
No more repetitive tasks like sending reports, low-stock alerts, customer follow-ups.
We measure the time you lose today keeping your tools running before we start, and compare it after 3 months. It's the project's first number.
What we can build for you
We build custom software for five main categories of needs. Each one solves a concrete problem and integrates with the rest of your digital presence.
Business management software: ERP, CRM, internal management
Systems that centralize customers, suppliers, products, invoices, orders and inventory. One place to look to know what's happening in your company.
Apps for field operations
When your team works off-site (installers, sales agents, maintenance technicians, inspectors) the app replaces paper forms and phone calls. Orders, reports, photos, customer signatures, all synced in real time with the central system.
Native apps or responsive PWAs that work on any smartphone, without going through the app stores.
Booking and Calendar Systems
For restaurants, medical practices, gyms, hair salons, consultants. Customers book on their own on your website, the internal calendar updates, the customer gets an automatic reminder, and you don't spend an hour on the phone handling confirmations.
Can be integrated with digital menus, QR codes and prepayment.
Integrated Invoicing and Accounting Platforms
Solutions that talk to your accountant, generate compliant electronic invoices, manage the cash book and connect to your main business software.
No more manual XML exports and imports, no more typos in VAT numbers.
Custom industry software
Case management software for law firms, systems for real estate agencies that sync with listing portals, retail platforms that integrate in-store POS and e-commerce.
If your industry has specific rules, the software follows them.

The technologies we use (and why)
No trade secrets. We use mainstream, well-maintained technologies with active communities. That means if you decide to switch providers tomorrow, plenty of people will know how to work on it.

The code is yours.
We deliver it documented, in a repository we hand over to you. If you decide to take the project elsewhere, you can do it without asking our permission. This is a contract clause, not a verbal promise.
A proven process, no surprises
Our process is structured so you can watch the software grow while we build it. Weekly demos, documented output, shared decisions.
Analysis and requirements
We meet you and the people who will actually use the software. We map your current processes, identify what should be automated, and define scope and priorities.
Interface design
Clickable mockups you can try before we write a single line of code. Changes here cost 100 times less than later.
Iterative development
We release features in sprints, with weekly demos. You watch the software grow and try it while we build it.
Testing and validation
Internal testing + testing with your team. We fix what doesn't work before launch. The post-go-live warranty starts here.
Launch and support
Training for your team, complete documentation and a maintenance plan you choose: monthly, yearly or on demand.
Five things, in black and white
Software that does exactly what you need. Nothing more, nothing less.
Code you own, delivered and documented.
Integration with the systems you already use.
Team training included in the project.
Optional maintenance, never mandatory.
Costs and timelines: what to really expect
Price ranges depend on complexity, but we outline them to give you a concrete idea before we even talk.
Basic business software (CRM or customer management + invoicing): from €5,000 | Timeline: 2-3 months
Mid-size systems (with inventory, accounting, reporting): €10,000-30,000 | Timeline: 3-6 months
Enterprise software (multiple integrations, advanced features, multi-user with roles): €30,000-80,000+ | Timeline: 6-12 months
A common mistake we see: comparing only the upfront price without considering maintenance, updates and support. The annual support cost is around 10-20% of the project's initial value. It sounds like a lot, but it includes monitoring, automatic daily backups, security updates and technical support with contractually guaranteed response times.
If you're thinking “but an off-the-shelf package at €50/month seems cheaper”: it depends on what your time and your employees' time is worth. A custom solution eliminates monthly fees multiplied by every license, and in the medium term it costs less for businesses handling significant volumes.

We answer your questions
How long does it take to get working business software?
From 2–3 months for a CRM or basic business software, up to 8–12 months for complex systems with multiple integrations. We spend the first 2–4 weeks on analysis: better to invest time there than to rewrite code later.
Can I integrate the software with the systems I already use?
Yes. Through APIs we integrate CRMs, accounting, e-commerce, e-invoicing systems and payment gateways. The preliminary technical analysis of the integrations adds 20–30% to development time, but it's almost always worth the investment.
If I want to switch agencies in the future, am I locked in?
No. We hand over the complete source code, technical documentation and repository access. The contract explicitly includes a transferability clause: the project is yours, even if we stop working together.
What happens if the software has a bug after launch?
Three things come into play. Post-launch warranty: 90 days written into the contract, during which critical bugs are our responsibility. Maintenance contract: fixes within guaranteed response times, within 24h for critical bugs. Automatic monitoring: it flags anomalies before you even notice them.
Can I add features over time?
Yes, that's the main advantage of custom software. Enhancements are planned on a roadmap, usually by quarter, with a separate quote for each feature. Many clients come back after 6–12 months to extend the system with additional modules.
