Artificial intelligence for business, put to work
We bring artificial intelligence (AI) into the processes that cost your company hours: orders that arrive by email and PDF, customer questions, searches through documents, hand-offs from one program to another.
No conference demos. We start with a pilot on a single process, with the cost agreed up front and the results measured on your data. If the pilot doesn't deliver results, you only pay for the pilot.
For one of our clients, AI reads orders from email and PDF and prepares them in their business software: 30 hours a week given back to three people. Numbers like that are where we start.
What AI can actually do in your company
Four starting points we see working in small businesses. They work inside the programs you already use and, where a mistake is costly, leave the final say to a person. If you'd like to understand how an agent works first, limits included, read our guide on what an AI agent can do in a company today.
Orders, quotes and invoices read from email and PDF
The agent reads incoming emails and attachments, even when every customer uses a different format, pulls out items, quantities and dates and prepares them in your business software. A person checks and approves.
Real case: orders from email and PDF loaded into the business software, 2 hours a day saved by each of 3 employees.
An assistant that answers your customers
It knows your products, delivery times and terms and answers on your website at any hour, using your company's documents. Complex requests come to you with the context already laid out.
Real case: on two e-commerce stores of a company that sells specialty products, 80% less time spent on replies and more conversions.
Answers from company documents
Procedures, price lists, data sheets, contracts: an internal assistant searches them for you and answers, citing the document it took the information from, so whoever asks can check.
It helps most when the person who “knows where everything is” is on vacation.
AI inside your business software
Natural-language searches on your data, draft quotes, summaries for management, reminders to customers who haven't replied. We integrate AI into the business software you already use or into the custom software we build.
If you don't have business software yet, that's where we start: take a look at our custom apps and business software.
Practical tip: start from the task your team repeats every day, copying, searching or answering the same things over and over. That's almost always where the first agent to build is.
When AI pays off (and when it doesn't)
Not every problem can be solved with artificial intelligence. But if you recognize yourself in at least two of these situations, it's worth running the numbers seriously.
Your team retypes data from one program to another
Orders, delivery notes, customer and supplier records: hours spent transcribing, with the risk of typos.
You keep answering the same questions
Availability, delivery times, terms: requests that come in by email, phone and website, even after hours.
The information is there, but only one person can find it
Price lists, procedures and contracts scattered across folders that only the person who created them knows.
Volumes are growing, and so is the repetitive work
More orders and more requests mean more hours spent on tasks that add no value.
The data already exists somewhere
Email, business software, documents: AI needs a foundation to start from. If it's missing, we tell you and build that first.
When you don't need AI, we tell you
Not every business problem can be solved with artificial intelligence.
Sometimes what you need is well-built business software, a reorganized process or simply a website that works. If during the analysis we find that AI isn't the answer, we tell you and suggest the right path. It's the same principle we've used for years when recommending custom software or an off-the-shelf package: based on what really makes sense for you.
A pilot first, then scale
The most expensive mistake with AI is starting big without knowing what for. We do the opposite: one process, one measurement, one pilot.
We map your processes
A meeting to understand where your team loses the most hours: answering, retyping, searching, checking. We pick the process with the clearest return.
We measure how things are today
Hours per week, errors, response times. Without this number you'd never know whether the project worked.
We start with a pilot
A single process, a clear scope, a cost agreed before we start, your real data and the people who do that work involved from day one. A well-defined pilot is up and running in a few weeks.
We compare and decide
Hours saved, errors avoided, replies handled. If the numbers are there, we extend it to other processes and train your team to use everything on its own. If they aren't, we stop there and you only pay for the pilot.
Real numbers, from projects that work every day
For confidentiality we don't name our clients: we tell you the process and the result, measured before and after.

We answer your questions
How much does an artificial intelligence project cost for a business?
There's no list price: it depends on how many programs the agent has to connect to, how organized your documents are, the volumes it processes each month and where the data has to stay. That's why we start with a pilot on a single process, with the cost set in advance and an itemized quote within 48 hours.
Is my company's data safe?
Your data doesn't train the models, and processing follows the GDPR. Before we start, we agree together on which data the AI uses, where it's processed and who can see it. If you need more confidentiality, we look at solutions that keep the data inside your own infrastructure.
What happens if the pilot doesn't work?
We stop there and you only pay for the pilot. The cost is set before we begin, and the result is measured with the same numbers collected at the start: hours spent, errors, response times. If they don't improve, we won't ask you for more investment to “try again.”
Does my company need to be digitized already?
No, but you need a foundation: the data the AI works on has to exist somewhere, in your business software, your email or your documents. If orders live in Excel sheets and WhatsApp groups, it's better to start with a system that collects them: in that case the project includes the business software too.
Will AI replace the people on my team?
In our experience, no: it takes away the repetitive part of the work, like retyping orders or answering the same questions over and over. Where a mistake is costly, the final say stays with a person: in the email orders case, three employees got back two hours a day each and approve every order before it enters the business software.
How soon will I see the first results?
A well-defined pilot on a single process is up and running in a few weeks, and measurement starts on the first day of use. Extending to other processes is decided afterwards, with the pilot's numbers in hand: never in the dark.
