The report

What the report covers, and what it doesn't

What we check

We analyze your website's home page against every accessibility requirement that can be checked on the page:

contrast between text and background, for people with low vision

ARIA labels, for people who browse with a screen reader

heading hierarchy, to understand how the page is organized

image alt text

the other requirements that can be checked on the page

The report tells you in plain words whether there are serious issues, without a list of technical warnings to decode.

What it doesn't check

The free report doesn't analyze user flows (contact forms, cart, private area) or the other pages of the site. It's the first step, not the full diagnosis.

To find everything, there's the full accessibility audit, which checks every page and every flow and gives you the list of fixes to make.

European Accessibility Act

Why check it now

Since June 28, 2025, the European Accessibility Act has been law in Italy too, through Legislative Decree 82/2022. It applies to anyone offering services to consumers online, starting with e-commerce: their websites must be usable by people with visual, hearing or motor disabilities too.

Service microenterprises are exempt, meaning companies with fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover of up to €2 million. For everyone else, fines range from €5,000 to €40,000, depending on how serious the violation is and how many users are affected (source: AgID, FAQ).

That's why the form asks for your number of employees and turnover: based on your answer, the report also tells you whether the law applies to you.

FAQ

We answer your questions

Is it really free?

Yes, the report on your website's home page is free and doesn't commit you to anything. We do it because it's the most honest way to show you whether you have a problem: if you want to fix it with us, we'll talk about it afterward, and only if you ask.

How long does it take to get the report?

The report arrives by email within 1 business hour of your request, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM. If you request it in the evening or on the weekend, you'll get it within the first business hour after that. We also send you a confirmation right after you submit the form.

What doesn't the free report check?

The report only analyzes the home page, not user flows such as contact forms, cart or private area, nor the other pages. For a complete check you need the accessibility audit, which checks every page and every flow and gives you the exact list of fixes.

Is my website required to be accessible?

It depends on what you offer and how big your company is. The European Accessibility Act applies to anyone offering online services to consumers, such as e-commerce, and exempts service microenterprises: fewer than 10 employees and turnover of up to €2 million. The report tells you whether you're covered.

Will you call me to sell me something?

No. We only email you to send the report and, a few days later, to ask whether you need help. No phone calls unless you ask for one: if you want to talk it over, you can book a call or reply to our email.
