These terms are in addition to Apple’s standard license for apps (EULA), which remains in effect.

  1. The service. Lavder STT transcribes your voice into text on your iPhone and offers an assistant that answers, searches the web, rewrites and writes messages. Use of the keyboard and of transcription is free of charge.
  2. Lavder STT Pro. Auto-renewable subscription at €2.99 per month or €29 per year (Italian prices, VAT included; in other countries the price shown by the App Store applies), with a 7-day free trial for those who have never used it. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation; the subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before it expires, in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
  3. Usage limits. Web search and cloud models have monthly limits, higher with Pro, to prevent abuse. The current limits are shown in the app.
  4. AI answers. Answers are generated automatically and may be wrong or incomplete: check the sources before making important decisions. They do not constitute medical, legal or financial advice. The text you enter is yours, and you are responsible for it.
  5. Proper use. Do not use the service for illegal activities, to harass other people, to get around the limits or to overload the servers.
  6. Privacy. See /stt/privacy.
  7. Availability. We do our best to keep the service running at all times, but it may be interrupted. We may change its features; if a change reduces what you have paid for, we will announce it in the app in advance.
  8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Lavder is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of AI answers. The consumer rights provided by law remain unaffected.
  9. Governing law. Romanian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you reside.
