Acești termeni se adaugă la licența standard Apple pentru aplicații (EULA), care rămâne valabilă.

  1. Serviciul. Lavder STT transcrie vocea în text pe iPhone-ul tău și oferă un asistent care răspunde, caută pe web, rescrie și scrie mesaje. Utilizarea tastaturii și a transcrierii este gratuită.
  2. Lavder STT Pro. Abonament cu reînnoire automată, la 2,99 € pe lună sau 29 € pe an (prețuri pentru Italia, TVA inclus; în celelalte țări se aplică prețul afișat în App Store), cu 7 zile de probă gratuită pentru cine nu l-a folosit niciodată. Plata se debitează din contul tău Apple la confirmare; abonamentul se reînnoiește automat dacă nu îl dezactivezi cu cel puțin 24 de ore înainte de expirare, din Configurări › numele tău › Abonamente. Rambursări: le gestionează Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
  3. Limite de utilizare. Căutarea pe web și modelele din cloud au limite lunare, mai mari cu Pro, pentru a preveni abuzurile. Limitele actuale sunt indicate în aplicație.
  4. Răspunsurile AI. Răspunsurile sunt generate automat și pot fi greșite sau incomplete: verifică sursele înainte de decizii importante. Ele nu constituie consultanță medicală, juridică sau financiară. Textele pe care le introduci îți aparțin și răspunzi pentru ele.
  5. Utilizare corectă. Nu folosi serviciul pentru activități ilegale, pentru a hărțui alte persoane, pentru a ocoli limitele sau pentru a supraîncărca serverele.
  6. Confidențialitate. Vezi /stt/privacy.
  7. Disponibilitate. Facem tot posibilul ca serviciul să funcționeze mereu, dar pot exista întreruperi. Putem modifica funcțiile; dacă o schimbare reduce ceea ce ai plătit, te anunțăm în aplicație din timp.
  8. Răspundere. În limitele permise de lege, Lavder nu răspunde pentru daunele indirecte care decurg din utilizarea răspunsurilor AI. Drepturile consumatorului prevăzute de lege rămân neafectate.
  9. Legea aplicabilă. Legea română, fără a aduce atingere normelor imperative de protecție a consumatorului din țara în care îți ai reședința.

These terms add to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA), which still applies.

  1. The service. Lavder STT turns your voice into text on your iPhone and offers an assistant that answers, searches the web, rewrites and writes messages. The keyboard and transcription are free.
  2. Lavder STT Pro. Auto-renewable subscription at €2.99 per month or €29 per year (Italian prices including VAT; other countries see the App Store price), with a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
  3. Usage limits. Web search and cloud models have monthly limits, higher with Pro, to prevent abuse. Current limits are shown in the app.
  4. AI answers. Answers are generated automatically and may be wrong or incomplete: check the sources before important decisions. They are not medical, legal or financial advice. The text you enter is yours and your responsibility.
  5. Fair use. Don’t use the service for illegal activity, to harass others, to get around limits or to overload our servers.
  6. Privacy. See /stt/privacy.
  7. Availability. We work to keep the service running, but it may be interrupted. We may change features; if a change reduces what you paid for, we will announce it in the app in advance.
  8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Lavder is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of AI answers. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
  9. Governing law. Romanian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
