Questi termini si aggiungono alla licenza standard di Apple per le app (EULA), che resta valida.

  1. Il servizio. Lavder STT trascrive la voce in testo sul tuo iPhone e offre un assistente che risponde, cerca sul web, riscrive e scrive messaggi. L’uso della tastiera e della trascrizione è gratuito.
  2. Lavder STT Pro. Abbonamento auto-rinnovabile da 2,99 € al mese o 29 € all’anno (prezzi italiani, IVA inclusa; negli altri Paesi vale il prezzo mostrato dall’App Store), con 7 giorni di prova gratuita per chi non l’ha mai usata. Il pagamento è addebitato sul tuo account Apple alla conferma; l’abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente se non lo disattivi almeno 24 ore prima della scadenza, in Impostazioni › il tuo nome › Abbonamenti. Rimborsi: li gestisce Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
  3. Limiti d’uso. Ricerca web e modelli in cloud hanno limiti mensili, più ampi con Pro, per evitare abusi. I limiti attuali sono indicati nell’app.
  4. Risposte dell’AI. Le risposte sono generate automaticamente e possono essere sbagliate o incomplete: controlla le fonti prima di decisioni importanti. Non sono consulenza medica, legale o finanziaria. I testi che inserisci sono tuoi, e ne sei responsabile.
  5. Uso corretto. Non usare il servizio per attività illegali, per molestare altre persone, per aggirare i limiti o per sovraccaricare i server.
  6. Privacy. Vedi /stt/privacy.
  7. Disponibilità. Facciamo il possibile perché il servizio funzioni sempre, ma può avere interruzioni. Possiamo modificare le funzioni; se un cambiamento riduce ciò che hai pagato, lo diremo nell’app con anticipo.
  8. Responsabilità. Nei limiti di legge, Lavder non risponde di danni indiretti derivanti dall’uso delle risposte dell’AI. Restano salvi i diritti del consumatore previsti dalla legge.
  9. Legge applicabile. Legge rumena, fatte salve le norme inderogabili a tutela del consumatore del Paese in cui risiedi.

These terms add to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA), which still applies.

  1. The service. Lavder STT turns your voice into text on your iPhone and offers an assistant that answers, searches the web, rewrites and writes messages. The keyboard and transcription are free.
  2. Lavder STT Pro. Auto-renewable subscription at €2.99 per month or €29 per year (Italian prices including VAT; other countries see the App Store price), with a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
  3. Usage limits. Web search and cloud models have monthly limits, higher with Pro, to prevent abuse. Current limits are shown in the app.
  4. AI answers. Answers are generated automatically and may be wrong or incomplete: check the sources before important decisions. They are not medical, legal or financial advice. The text you enter is yours and your responsibility.
  5. Fair use. Don’t use the service for illegal activity, to harass others, to get around limits or to overload our servers.
  6. Privacy. See /stt/privacy.
  7. Availability. We work to keep the service running, but it may be interrupted. We may change features; if a change reduces what you paid for, we will announce it in the app in advance.
  8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Lavder is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of AI answers. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
  9. Governing law. Romanian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
