In breve
- La tua voce diventa testo sul tuo iPhone. L’audio non lascia il telefono e non viene salvato.
- Quello che scrivi con la tastiera Lavder STT non viene letto né registrato. Lavder riceve solo il testo che scegli tu di mandare all’assistente (una domanda, un messaggio da riscrivere, i messaggi o lo screenshot che aggiungi come contesto).
- Senza il tuo consenso esplicito (schermata “Ricerca web e modelli in cloud”), niente esce dal telefono. Con “Solo sul dispositivo” attivo, niente esce mai.
- Non vendiamo dati, non facciamo pubblicità, non usiamo strumenti di tracciamento o di analisi di terze parti, non addestriamo modelli con i tuoi contenuti.

I pagamenti sono gestiti da Apple: Lavder non riceve i tuoi dati di pagamento.
Fornitori
- Apple (trascrizione, modelli sul dispositivo, Private Cloud Compute, iCloud, App Store). Private Cloud Compute elabora le richieste senza conservarle (apple.com/privacy).
- Hostinger (server a Francoforte, Germania), dove gira il Cloud LavderSTT.
- OpenRouter (Stati Uniti) e i fornitori dei modelli gratuiti che raggiungiamo tramite OpenRouter (oggi Google AI Studio per Gemma e ModelRun per Qwen): ricevono il testo della richiesta, e la foto se c’è, solo quando i modelli Apple non bastano e hai dato il consenso al cloud. Usiamo solo modelli che non addestrano sui dati delle richieste; Google può conservarli fino a 55 giorni per prevenire abusi. Trasferimento extra-UE sulla base delle clausole contrattuali tipo.
Base giuridica
Esecuzione del servizio che richiedi (art. 6.1.b GDPR); consenso per l’invio al cloud (art. 6.1.a), revocabile in Impostazioni › Intelligenza; legittimo interesse per sicurezza e prevenzione abusi (art. 6.1.f).
I tuoi diritti
In Impostazioni › Privacy › “Cosa sa di me LavderSTT” vedi i dati e con Cancella tutto li elimini dal telefono, da iCloud e dal nostro server. Puoi anche scriverci a info@lavder.com per accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opposizione, e presentare reclamo all’autorità di controllo (in Romania ANSPDCP, o quella del tuo Paese, in Italia il Garante privacy).
Minori
L’app non è rivolta a minori di 13 anni.

In short
- Your voice becomes text on your iPhone. Audio never leaves the phone and is not stored.
- What you type with the Lavder STT keyboard is not read or logged. Lavder only receives the text you choose to send to the assistant (a question, a message to rewrite, the messages or screenshot you add as context).
- Nothing leaves the phone until you explicitly agree (“Web search and cloud models”). With “On device only” turned on, nothing ever does.
- We don’t sell data, show ads, use third-party tracking or analytics, or train models on your content.

Payments are handled by Apple: Lavder never receives your payment details.
Providers
- Apple (transcription, on-device models, Private Cloud Compute, iCloud, App Store).
- Hostinger (servers in Frankfurt, Germany), which runs Cloud LavderSTT.
- OpenRouter (United States) and the providers of the free models we reach through it (today Google AI Studio for Gemma and ModelRun for Qwen): they receive the request text, and the photo if any, only when Apple’s models are not enough and you have agreed to cloud processing. We only use models that do not train on request data; Google may keep it for up to 55 days to prevent abuse. Transfers outside the EU rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Legal basis
Performance of the service you request (GDPR art. 6.1.b); consent for sending data to the cloud (art. 6.1.a), revocable in Settings › Intelligence; legitimate interest for security and abuse prevention (art. 6.1.f).
Your rights
Settings › Privacy › “What LavderSTT knows about me” shows your data, and Delete everything erases it from the phone, iCloud and our server. You can also write to info@lavder.com to access, correct, erase, restrict, port or object, and complain to a supervisory authority.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13.
