The challenge

Building the first online registry for a fragmented profession

Italy has no mandatory professional register for condominium administrators: more than 250,000 professionals work across the country without a central registry that certifies their skills, continuing education and membership in the main professional associations. For condominium owners, choosing a qualified administrator often means navigating an opaque market where professional reputation spreads only by word of mouth.

The challenge was to build the sector’s first digital registry from scratch, open on a voluntary basis to administrators who want to demonstrate their skills and be found by people in their area. The project rested on three pillars: an interactive map to search by area, a verification process for professional profiles, and integration with the associations recognized by the Italian Ministry. All of it is part of a wider digital ecosystem (Condominio in Fiera, Università del Condominio) that gives the project critical mass.

The solution

A platform with a digital registry and an interactive map of administrators

We designed and developed the platform as a true digital registry: professionals can sign up voluntarily, complete a profile verification process (training, association membership, office location) and get a certified public profile showing their skills, certifications and contact details. On the other side, the public can look for a condominium administrator in their area through an interactive map, view the verified profile and contact the professional directly.

The system includes a news and press release section to share regulatory updates and industry initiatives, integration with the associations recognized by the Ministry, and cross-linking with the other platforms in the Quagliariello ecosystem (Condominio in Fiera, Università del Condominio). The back end is designed for the editorial team to run on its own, with simple workflows for publishing content, verifying sign-ups and managing associations.

The results

A digital registry bringing transparency to a sector of 250,000 professionals

The Albo Amministratori di Condominio platform is now Italy’s first digital registry for the sector, launched to bring structure and transparency to a profession that until then had no central point of reference. In its first six months it gathered more than 290,000 Google impressions with a 9.5% organic CTR, ranking on the first page for 15 industry keywords. The interactive map and the verified profile system let people search for an administrator in their area and check their skills and certifications transparently.
